  • The gauge will affect the finished size of your gnome.

    Each gnome is approximately: 

    Height: 11” / 28cm

    Width: 4.5”/  11 cm

    or desired DK yarn in following amounts:

    Body: 125 m / 137 yds, 50g

    Hat colour (H) & Stocking: 63 m / 69 yds, 25 g

    Beard, Nose, Hair, and CC : 63 m / 69 yds, 25 g

    Changing the weight of yarn or holding yarn double will change the finished size of your gnome. Heavier weight yarn and larger needles will produce a larger gnome, while finer yarn with smaller needles will produce a smaller gnome because of gauge.

  • US 4 / 3.5mm DPNs for small circumference knitting

    2 pipe cleaners

    Polyfill stuffing approx 50g

    Tapestry needle

    2 cocktail sticks or toothpicks with beads glued to ends for mini knitting needles
