    Orders from this limited run pop up shop will be shipped from the east coast of the USA for orders only to / within the USA .

    If you want to order items that are marked as shipping from the UK, you will need to make separate orders and pay for the correct shipping based on the items shipping location

    These orders will be shipped using USPS.

RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Aleks Byrd Designs, but if for any reason you are not, certain items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that digital patterns do not qualify for refunds. The sale of a digital pattern is final. All physical items qualify for refunds. Your refund will be made by the same method used for the purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Please note that items are considered your property until it arrives with us, and we are not liable to refund or exchange it. The item must in the same condition it was sent to you with any associated packaging in tact, so we can re-sell it. Once we have received the item and checked that it is in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the item. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done.
