Solutions Engineered for Measurable Impact
Knit your very own Taevas cowl in the original Estonian yarn for a truly Estonian project! The Taevas cowl is a cozy exploration of southwestern Estonia in stitches. Dive into techniques like Roosimine Estonian Inlay from Tõstamaa and Kihnu vits braids and colourwork patterns from Kihnu island. The cowl is knit in non-superwash yarn spun in Estonia using old Soviet age machinery just a short distance outside the capital of Tallinn. The kit includes a solid white for the contrast and special skein of gradient yarn. The gradient yarn changes colours with perfect long transitions created by hand by skilled mill technicians. The changes in the gradient yarn line up well within the Taevas cowl pattern repeats that each repeat of braids and Roosimine inlay with be done in a different colour.
